When it comes to the Florida food protection manager certification requirements, you are not obligated to attend any of the courses in order to take the certification exam and become a certified food manager.

How Do I Get My Florida Food Protection Manager Certification?

In order to become a certified food manager, you are required to pass the exam with a minimum score of 75%.

All of our live training courses are followed by a ServSafe® Food Protection Exam so all you need to do is register for any of the open sessions. If you don’t intend to take the class, then you can register directly for the exam, which will be held at an open proctoring session or a testing center.
