This a 16-hour Food Safety for Food Managers compliant with Ohio Level 2 Requirements led by one of our highly trained Instructors, followed by a ServSafe® Examination. Textbook or other Study materials are strongly suggested and offered at the end of the checkout process.
This is a 15 hour Level 2 online course that you can complete on your own from home or work. The exam must be proctored in person, so you would attend this event for the exam portion of the on the second day of the event. Arrive at 4:00 for the exam.
The Food Manager Certification requires the completion of the CFM or CFPM examination with a passing score. ATC Food Safety offers a proctored ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification at the conclusion of any public class (On the second day of the event, attend the exam portion of the day only; please arrive at 4:00 pm); OR choose to test at a testing center for the CFM or CFMP with a NRFSP Exam pre-paid exam voucher. Proof of Food Safety Training hours required!
