This Food Safety Managers Online Course is an 8-10 hour in-depth self-study food safety course for food managers which can be done from the comfort of your own home or office computer. The Food Managers ServSafe® Examination must be proctored in person at one of our pre-scheduled open proctoring sessions or the exam portion of one of our Live Instructor-led classes. Arrive at 2:30 PM for the exam OR choose to test at a testing center for the CFM or CFMP with an NRFSP Exam pre-paid exam voucher.
The Food Manager Certification requires the completion of the CFM or CFPM examination with a passing score. ATC Food Safety offers a proctored ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification after any public class.
