Arizona food safety manager training and food protection manager certification program consists of relevant classes pertaining to the important rules and practices in the foodservice industry followed by the certification exam.
All our classes are held by renowned experts who will refresh and update your food safety knowledge, as well as bring you up to speed on all the FDA food code and Health Department regulations and the latest principles.
The Arizona food safety manager training classes are organized for all food managers in Arizona, for both mid-level experts and experienced food professionals managing different food establishments.
The main aim of our courses is to provide you with invaluable practical knowledge, i.e. direct you in how to apply the knowledge you have into real-life working environment in the best and safest way possible.
We believe that a safe food culture and food management begin with training, as it is the best way to learn how to prevent foodborne illnesses and to maintain healthy food establishments.
A certified food protection manager that has undergone or continues to attend food safety manager training, will have those exact skills and the said practical knowledge.
Both the ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Exam and the NRFSP Exam are American National Standards Institute ANSI accredited and after you’ve passed the exam you become a nationally certified food manager.
